Colombian reporters conclude environmental training


The Newsroom Council, an association of investigative journalists from throughout Colombia, has recently concluded the two-month training series “The green agenda in investigative journalism.”

A group of 51 journalists participated in online discussions, and 25 took part in face-to-face workshops dealing with topics such as water, solid waste, the environment and conflict, and climate change. The Knight Center for Journalism in the Americas was a co-sponsor.
