Ryan Sagare


Ryan Sagare has over 10 years of classroom teaching as a K-12 educator, working in both the United States and internationally (Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, and Portugal). He has a Master’s degree in education and regularly publishes educational articles and videos regarding latest learning trends and best practices in education. Ryan is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English and skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver. He has extensive experience with graphic design, web development, branding, and video production. He is currently the Coordinator of Distance Learning for the Knight Center for Journalism in the Americas at the University of Texas at Austin where he has edited and produced over 1,000 videos for online courses. Additionally, he helped planned, designed, and coordinated the Knight Center’s largest MOOC with over 12,000 participants and delivered in Portuguese, Spanish & English. So far he has participated in 24 different MOOC courses in French, Portuguese, Spanish & English with participants from over 150 different countries.
